Fees
Congress, Api-Expo and post-Congress Workshop fees
Congress (29-31 Octombrie) fees:
- 50 Euro / person
One day pass: 20 Eur/person
Api-Expo (29-31 October) stand (booth) fees:
o Info-stand (no sales of products), 1mx1m – 80 Eur/booth
o Booth 2m x 2m - only 150 Eur/booth;
o Booth 3m x 2m - only 225 Eur/booth;
o Booth 4m x 2m - only 300 Eur/booth.
Two persons from the booth/company will have free entrance to the conference room.
The participation to the trip to the Parliament House (the second largest building in the world after Pentagon) on Sunday afternoon, October 31-St. is optional and will be paid/organized according to the number of participants. If you decide to join the group, please let us know in advance, including through your application form.
Post-Congress Workshop fee:
- only 90 Eur/person.
Please analyze all above offers and then make your payment to the here below bank account of the Romanian Apitherapy Society. Immediately after your payment please let us know per E-mail to secretariat@apiterapie.ro and/or through our Contact web page, in order to reserve for you a place/booth to our event.
Important ! The students andall speakers, authors and co-authors of the oral presentations and/or posters will have free access to the Api-Expo and to the Congress (conferences) room so they do not need to pay any Congress fees, except for the "Romanian evening" dinner (Saturday, October 30-th.) and the post-Congress workshop (November 01-St.).
